Reflective Practice
Organisations do not only face operational challenges.
Often the pressure is human. Burnout, risk, emotional fatigue, difficult team dynamics, crisis response, safeguarding concerns, leadership strain, staff wellbeing, and supporting people through complex situations all affect how organisations function over time.
Alongside private practice, I have worked across Employee Assistance Programmes, workplace mental health services, clinical leadership, and organisational support settings, supporting both providers and the organisations they work with.
I offer psychologically informed consultation and organisational support for workplaces, leadership teams, EAP providers, managers, and organisations navigating emotionally demanding, high responsibility, or complex environments.
This can include:
support for staff wellbeing initiatives
psychologically informed workplace input
management consultation
reflective spaces for teams and leadership
training and psychoeducation
guidance around emotional wellbeing and organisational pressure
support for teams working in high demand environments
consultation around psychologically complex situations and workplace dynamics
My approach is grounded, relational, and practical. I am interested in how people function
under pressure, how workplace systems affect emotional wellbeing, and how organisations can support healthier, more sustainable ways of working without relying on generic wellbeing language or performative initiatives.
Support can be provided as one off consultation, ongoing organisational support, reflective practice, staff wellbeing initiatives, or integrated workplace training.
