Individual Therapy

People come to therapy for different reasons. Sometimes there is a clear issue, such as anxiety, burnout, trauma, loss, relationship difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes it is harder to name. You may just know that something is not working in the way it used to, or that you are tired of carrying it alone.

I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults online, by telephone, and face to face. I work short term and long term, including Single Session Therapy, depending on what you need and what feels appropriate.

My approach is integrative, relational, and trauma informed. This means I do not work from one fixed model or reduce people to labels. I am interested in the wider picture of your life, including your relationships, history, coping patterns, emotional responses, and the ways you have learned to protect yourself.

Therapy can help you slow things down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we may explore anxiety, self worth, identity, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, or long standing difficulties that continue to affect the present.

The therapeutic relationship matters. Therapy is not advice giving or being told what to do. It is a collaborative process where things can be spoken about honestly, reflected on properly, and worked through at a pace that feels manageable.

My work is informed by relational psychotherapy, attachment theory, trauma research, and contemporary understandings of the nervous system. I aim to bring honesty, psychological depth, and a grounded, practical way of working with people through complexity and change.
