Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and practitioners at all stages of their professional journey, working face to face, by telephone, or via video. Whether you are seeking regular ongoing supervision, ad hoc support around a specific client, or space to reflect on your wider professional practice, supervision is tailored to what you need. I work flexibly via bespoke, collaborative plans in line with BACP supervision requirements.

My approach is integrative, humanistic, and grounded in authentic professional connection. You are at the centre of this work, not a model, not a checklist, not an abstract definition of what supervision should look like. You are the expert on your own practice, and my role is to meet you exactly where you are, standing alongside you as we explore challenges, deepen insight, and strengthen confidence in your work.

Supervision is not just about case discussion, it is about the living process that unfolds in supervisory and therapeutic space. It is a collaborative enquiry into your practice, a place big enough to hold what feels complex, uncertain, or heavy, approached with honesty, curiosity, and courage.
