I have delivered training to key national and multinational stakeholders since 2016 both as an individual, and as a representative of Employee Assistance Programmes. I have worked with managers and staff across many sectors - from high street retail to I.T. & entertainment - to provide tailored, robust experiential and lecture based learning experiences.

I aim to create a smooth and polished training service for businesses by listening to your needs, and harnessing your goals. I am an experienced training content creator, an interactive educator, and a passionate speaker. The Mental Health & Wellbeing field is my focus, and I have furnished trainings in many different areas, from group dynamics to dealing with suicide.
