I have been supporting managers and organisations with their mental health needs since 2016. Whether the problem is an employee in need of support, identified issues with performance, or a rupture in the workplace dynamics because of a particular incident, restructure, etc., my services have been on hand to provide first class insight and advice.

I can support you to review your current wellbeing strategies, and champion fresh and lasting wellbeing policies & procedure to help support your organisation and your employees, and influence key change and transformation. In these post-Covid times, this is so much more prevalent and needed, and your mission becomes my mission as I work alongside you. Longevity and cost-effectiveness is our aim as we build-in consistency into your policies and procedures, increase morale and engagement, and reduce absence.

I have worked on projects with household names in the entertainment sector to develop staff wellbeing initiatives, and within the software development sector to consult around disciplinary issues and support post-termination. Alongside this I have operated in a mediation capacity within the public sector.

Fees

£50 per hour for consultation services - appointment can be arranged via email. This fee represents my time and commitment to you and your needs as an organisation.
