Therapy, EAP Leadership & Crisis
With over 3,000 hours of clinical experience I have worked across private practice, corporate mental health, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), and high-risk crisis response settings.
Since 2016, I have worked extensively to provide:
Therapy, both long-term and short-term depending on your need
Critical incident response, supporting workplaces after traumatic events
Clinical assessment & risk management, ensuring safety and effective treatment pathways
Managerial consultation, guiding leaders on complex mental health challenges
Supervision & leadership, managing clinical teams in high-demand environments
I have held senior leadership roles, including Clinical Team Lead, Senior Clinical Manager, and Interim Director of Clinical Services, overseeing large teams of clinicians, shaping mental health service models, and implementing evidence-based wellbeing strategies.
Blue Light & High-Risk Crisis Interventions
My experience extends to direct engagement with blue light services (police, fire, and ambulance), where I have provided on-the-ground psychological support in high-risk scenarios. I have worked alongside emergency responders, managing suicide risk interventions, de-escalating acute crises, and delivering trauma-informed care.
I integrate negotiation and de-escalation techniques into my crisis work, drawing from frontline experience in risk management. Whether liaising with emergency services, conducting high-stakes assessments, or supporting organisations in crisis, I bring a calm, strategic, and evidence-based approach.
Single Session & Brief Intervention
I am highly experienced in delivering Single Session Therapy (SST), having delivered over 850 structured, outcome-driven interventions. My work in high-volume, high-risk settings has strengthened my ability to provide rapid, impactful therapeutic support. My approach blends solution-focused, cognitive-behavioural, and integrative methods to ensure clients leave with clarity and actionable steps.
